HALO Studios Shipping Policy

Where we ship HALO Studios currently ships within South Africa only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of purchase (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Delivery partner All orders are fulfilled through our trusted third-party courier partner. While we carefully vet our shipping partner for reliability, delivery timelines are ultimately subject to their operational schedules.

Shipping cost

• Standard shipping: R100
• Free shipping on all orders over R2,999.99

Estimated delivery time Once your order has shipped, please allow 5–14 business days for delivery, depending on your location within South Africa.

Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays While we work hard to meet estimated delivery times, factors like courier volume, weather, and public holidays can occasionally extend delivery beyond the standard window. We appreciate your patience and will help resolve any significant delays.

Lost or missing packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, or if your package hasn't moved in over 18 business days, contact admin.business@icloud.com and we'll investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.

Incorrect address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address, but we'll do what we can to help redirect the package if caught early.
